dynamic companies which either invent, produce or use
technology in their core business. CCI's universe of
technology stocks have a market capitalization range from $200
million and greater. As part of CCI’s longstanding investment
discipline, the portfolio is constructed using minimum position
sizes and diversification tools listed below. The goal for this portfolio
is to outperform the Lipper Science and Technology Index.

CCI's objective is to have a diversified portfolio of
positively surprising stocks:
- Portfolios Typically Hold 40 to 60 Issues
- Minimum Initial Investment 1%
- Maximum Holding Size 5%
- Minimum of Six Themes
- Maximum of 25% in any Specific Theme
- Minimum 80% in Traditional Technology
- Up to 20% in Innovative Companies
